This is one of the best pieces of equipment we use. The web cam is lined with IR LED's and runs to a Laptek HD camcorder being used as a portable DVR. This inexpensive and easy to configure Point-of-View Camera (POV) never misses what the eyes see in the dark. Those times you were holding a camcorder but didnt get the right angle have been solved.

Black & Decker TLD100 Thermal Leak Detector

The Black & Decker Thermal Leak Detector helps you increase the efficiency of your home's insulation by finding weak areas that can lead to higher heating and cooling bills. Check windows, ducts, and walls with the thermal reference light that indicates hot and cold spots. You can even use the detector to diagnose engine misfires or check your refrigerator and freezer settings. 

This is an excellent debunking tool and cold / hot spot verification.

K-II Meter 

The K2 EMF meter is a powerful fast sampling Electromagnetic field (EMF) meter that covers frequencies from 30-20,000 Hz. This makes the K2 EMF meter a great instrument for both Paranormal Research and for finding potentially harmful high EMF levels in your home or work environment.  

Cell Sensor Electro-Magnetic Field Detector 

Good tool to have when mesuring EMF fields from wiring, alarm clocks, outlets, and other electronic sources. Theory is that spirits give off EMF's when manifesting. We use this in tandem with the K-II Meter. 

UV Flashlight 

We use this to cut down on light reflection and shadow casting. Great for Para-Forensic style investigating. Shows blood stains from past history and works great during the use of still pictures.
